Leevers Supermarket is hiring 1 Assistant Store Manager position in Philadelphia, PA. Annual salary: $40,000–$50,000. Employment: Full-time. Support the Store Manager with daily store operations, team leadership and customer service, helping maintain an organized, efficient retail environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily operations, scheduling and staff supervision. • Lead and motivate employees to deliver excellent customer service. • Support inventory control, ordering and merchandising. • Resolve customer questions and concerns. • Maintain cleanliness, organization and compliance with company policies. • Help oversee registers, cash handling and daily reports. • Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
Qualifications
• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred. • Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Reliable, customer-focused and detail-oriented approach. • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. • Ability to work in an active retail setting with frequent walking, standing and light lifting.
