About the role
EuroPastry is hiring 1 Receiving Supervisor – 3rd Shift position in New Brunswick, NJ. Annual salary: $70,000–$80,000. Employment: Full-time. Lead third-shift receiving, warehouse inventory and material replenishment operations. Coordinate movement between facilities and delivery of materials to production while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
• Manage raw-material, work-in-process and finished-goods inventory using ERP reports and pull-inventory methods. • Coordinate replenishment with Corporate Purchasing and Production. • Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, material handling and loss prevention. • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reporting and scrap processing. • Improve warehouse productivity, costs, replenishment methods and standard work. • Assign work, coach, develop and evaluate warehouse and receiving employees. • Collaborate with plant leadership and other departments on daily operational goals. • Follow company policies, GMP, OSHA, lockout/tagout, SQF and food safety requirements.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; a related associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. • At least three years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory or material-handling experience. • One to two years of supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing preferred. • Working knowledge of ERP, inventory control, cycle counts, replenishment and warehouse operations. • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, lockout/tagout, SQF and food safety requirements. • Availability for third shift.
