About the role
C&L Rivet is hiring 1 Tool & Die Maker position in Hatboro, PA. Annual salary: $50,000–$80,000. Employment: Full-time. Apply toolmaking and precision-machining skills to close-tolerance work. Cold-forming experience may be required and will be confirmed during screening.
Responsibilities
• Perform precision machining and close-tolerance fitting for tool-and-die work. • Interpret blueprints, tolerances and GD&T. • Use mills, lathes, grinders and precision measuring instruments. • Apply knowledge of tool steels and heat treatment to toolmaking work.
Qualifications
• Tool-and-die or toolmaker experience. • Precision-machining and close-tolerance fitting skills. • Ability to interpret blueprints and GD&T. • Experience with mills, lathes, grinders and measuring instruments. • Understanding of heat treatment and tool steels. • Apprenticeship or journeyman background preferred. • Cold-forming experience may be required; this will be confirmed during screening.
